Health Warranty on Puppies

After the purchase of your pet you must take it to see a Veterinarian within 2 business days. If a problem is found you must notify us within 24 hours of the Veterinarians diagnosis. We will refund your money in full or let you chose another puppy. If you do not take your puppy to the Veterinarian the warranty is VOIDED!!!

Walker Kennel cannot offer any further guarantee of the puppy as it is not longer under our control. We do not guarantee size, weight, or temperament of the pet when it matures.

Under no circumstances will Walker Kennel be responsible for any expenses incurred by purchaser, medically or otherwise.

Policy on Refunds and Deposits

When someone puts a deposit on a puppy that puppy is reserved for YOU. The puppy is no longer showed or advertised for sale. We consider the puppy YOURS.

For this reason all deposits are non-refundable. In the event something happens to the puppy you picked we will refund your money or let you pick another puppy.

It is further understood you will pick up the puppy and pay the balance with two (2) weeks of the date you are advised the puppy is ready.

Shipping Puppies

We ship anywhere in the Continental United States. When booking a flight we make every effort to get the most direct flight. We use Continental & Delta airlines depending on the airport & city.

Puppies are in very good hands, the staff is friendly & courtesy.

Puppies must be at least 8 weeks old. If the puppy is extremely small & fragil we may decide to wait unitl puppy is older. This is decided on an individual basis. We want to make sure your puppy's trip is as stress free as possible. It is important that you be on time to pickup your puppy, so the puppy will not feel alone.
